Tim serves as Lexington’s Chief Financial Officer of Family Office Services within the LEX VFO virtual multi-family office model. He is a senior finance executive with 20+ years of experience helping growth-oriented organizations scale strategically and improve performance. He has partnered with founders, executives, and boards to build financial infrastructure, improve operations, and create long-term enterprise value across consulting, distribution, publishing, logistics, and professional services industries.

Most recently, Tim served as CFO and VP for the Southwestern Family of Companies, leading a diverse global portfolio of businesses where he led financial and investment strategy, launched new entities, executed divestitures, developed high-performing teams, and built scalable systems for long-term growth. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade in public accounting with Crosslin & Associates, P.C., advancing to Audit Director and advising organizations across healthcare, government, nonprofit, and manufacturing sectors.
