Don serves as Lexington’s Chief Strategy Officer. He is a seasoned professional with extensive executive experience that ranges from the largest global wealth management companies to innovative technology companies, AI start-ups and consumer products companies where as CFO or CEO he successfully created opportunities to turnaround and build business, stabilize finances, engage strategic partnerships, and finance growth in the face of rapidly changing global landscapes.

As the founding investor, Don played a key role in creating The Family Office Association and has provided consultation and engagement services linking elite global services and investment opportunities to Private Equity, Ultra Wealthy Families and their respective Family Businesses.

His role as Lexington’s Chief Strategy Officer is to work closely with the Lexington CEO to develop, implement, and communicate the company’s long-term vision and strategy.
